Which is to say: a payout requested after a good Friday-night session at 11pm is not being held. It is queued behind a time zone. Request the same amount before work on Monday and it is usually approved before lunch.
Two things extend the window beyond the ranges above. The first is verification — an unverified account cannot be released regardless of how long the request has been sitting. The second is size. Larger payouts get a second look, and the threshold is not published; from what we have seen, anything in the low four figures moves as normal, and it is well above that where an extra day appears.
Wallets: consistently the fastest way out
Once approved, a Skrill or Neteller payout is effectively instant — the money is in the wallet before you have finished reading the confirmation email. Card payouts run on the Visa and Mastercard refund rails, and those settle in batches on business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted at all, which is why a Friday afternoon payout routinely looks like it has vanished until the following Wednesday.
The other thing that surprises people is where the money appears. A card payout is processed as a refund against the original transaction, so it can show up as a credit in your statement rather than as an incoming payment, sometimes dated back to the deposit. How the payout appears on your statement
A card payout arrives as a refund from the payment processor that handled your deposit, not from anything named bCasino.
